As the second release under the audacious Breaking & Entering label, this whiskey diverges from its predecessor by blending not just bourbons but an intricate mix of bourbon and rye, sourced from some of Kentucky and Tennessee’s most celebrated rickhouses, with St. George’s own California malt whiskey. This unique blend showcases a quartet of grains—rye, corn, barley, and wheat—melding together in a symphony of flavors without letting any one grain dominate the ensemble.
The barrels selected for Breaking & Entering American Whiskey are treasures from distilleries that command legions of dedicated followers.
