St. George Valley Gin is a vibrant craft spirit from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California, capturing the essence of a spring day in California’s Central Valley. Inspired by the lush citrus groves of Lindcove Ranch, a family-owned farm the distillery has cherished for years, this gin is crafted by Master Distiller Lance Winters. Starting with a non-GMO grain neutral spirit, the gin is infused with 25 botanical ingredients, led by fresh orange blossoms from Lindcove. A medley of California citrus—Bergamot, Seville, Valencia oranges, grapefruit, lemon, and lime—joins angelica root, caraway, fresh cilantro, California bay laurel, cardamom, coriander, fresh cucumber, dill, fennel seed, ginger, juniper, Malabar black pepper, nutmeg, orris root, pink peppercorn, Saigon cinnamon, and star anise. Distilled in a custom copper still, this gin is bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml format, delivering a fragrant, elegant spirit that transports you to the groves.
