Unlike many sherry-finished whiskies, this single malt is fully matured in Oloroso sherry casks, not just finished—resulting in deep color, intense flavor, and luxurious texture. The tropical climate of Yilan County accelerates the maturation process, giving this whisky remarkable depth and character in a shorter aging window.
