Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro Liqueur has a storied history that dates back to 1845, originating as a digestive aid concocted by a homeopathic doctor. Ettore Zucca, captivated by this unique blend of ingredients, added alcohol to the mix, thereby creating the Zucca Rabarbaro. This homemade spirit soon became a signature liquor of Milan’s distinguished society.
In a nod to its origins, Zucca Rabarbaro has been re-launched, staying true to the original recipe but with a revitalized flavor and a more potent kick at 30% alcohol. This modern interpretation boasts a sweet, medicinal aroma, leading into a bright bitterness.
