Starting with their flagship 5-year-old straight bourbon, made from locally sourced corn, rye, and malted barley from the Omlin Family farm, this bourbon is finished for an additional period in tequila barrels. The grains are mashed, distilled, and initially aged in heavily charred, 18-month open-air-seasoned oak barrels in Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles, which enhance flavor extraction. The tequila cask finishing imparts a unique fusion of bourbon’s rich warmth and tequila’s vibrant, agave-driven notes, creating a harmonious and distinctive spirit.
