Produced from 100% blue weber agave, Wild Common Tequila Blanco is a testament to authenticity and quality. Its additive-free certification ensures that each sip delivers the true essence of agave, without any artificial enhancements. This commitment to natural production methods not only honors the spirit of traditional tequila making but also provides a cleaner, more genuine tasting experience.
Production Process:
- Roasting: Agave piñas are carefully roasted for 72 hours in small 12-16 ton brick ovens, a method that ensures the agave’s natural sugars are perfectly caramelized.
- Extraction: The cooked agave is then processed using both a traditional stone tahona and a roller mill, a combination that extracts the maximum flavor and sweetness from the agave fibers.
- Fermentation: Fermentation is carried out naturally, with agave fibers present, allowing for a fuller, more complex flavor profile.
- Distillation: The tequila undergoes two rounds of distillation in small stainless steel and copper pot stills, refining its purity and enhancing its crisp, clean profile.
