Walker has closely overseen the development of each selected cask, ensuring the perfect harmony between the distillery’s character and the influence of the wood.
Bottled at a cask strength of 48.9%, non-chill filtered and with its natural color, this whisky offers an unadulterated and pure expression of GlenAllachie. The blend comprises eight hand-selected casks, including PX, Oloroso, and virgin oak, creating a complex and nuanced flavor profile. With only 2,400 bottles available globally, Batch 3 is a rare and sought-after collector’s item, showcasing the distillery’s craftsmanship in its most authentic form.
