Crafted with the intent to create an exceptional thirty-year-old whisky, this small batch release is a culmination of meticulous aging and blending. Walker has closely overseen the development of each selected cask, ensuring the perfect harmony between the distillery’s character and the influence of the wood.
Bottled at a cask strength of 48.9%, non-chill filtered and with its natural color, this whisky offers an unadulterated and pure expression of GlenAllachie. The blend comprises eight hand-selected casks, including PX, Oloroso, and virgin oak, creating a complex and nuanced flavor profile. With only 2,400 bottles available globally, Batch 3 is a rare and sought-after collector’s item, showcasing the distillery’s craftsmanship in its most authentic form.
