Rabbit Hole Founder’s Collection Adourra 9 Year Bourbon Armagnac Cask Finish is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville. Crafted with a mash bill of 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% barley, this bourbon is initially aged for 9 years in #3, wood-fired, toasted, and charred new American oak barrels. It is then finished in 30-year-old French oak Armagnac casks using the Solera method, where only the oldest barrels are bottled, and never more than a third at a time, ensuring a luxurious complexity. Bottled at 108 proof (54% ABV), this non-chill filtered bourbon offers a rich, amber hue with deep flavors from the Armagnac cask influence.
