Rabbit Hole Amburana Founder’s Collection Straight Bourbon is a masterpiece born from the fusion of Kentucky’s bourbon-making heritage and the vibrant energy of Brazil. Inspired by Brazil’s lively culture and the majesty of the Amazon rainforest, this bourbon uniquely incorporates the Amburana wood, commonly used in aging Cachaça.
This limited release features a 12-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, meticulously finished in new Amburana Brazilian Oak barrels with a heavy toast and #4 char. This process gently releases the sugars from the wood fibers, enhancing the bourbon with nuanced flavors and a rich complexity. The alligator char further caramelizes these sugars, infusing the spirit with a depth of taste that is truly exceptional.

Golden amber color highlights Amburana’s strong character while fragrances of vanilla, toasted walnut, caramel, and cherry, raise expectations.
