Justin Isosceles is the flagship wine from Justin Vineyards, built in the tradition of classic Left Bank Bordeaux blends. This vintage combines 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Merlot, all grown in Paso Robles’ high-elevation vineyards with mineral-rich soils.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with twice-daily pump-overs to extract maximum flavor and color. It is then aged for 21 months in 100% new French oak barrels, producing a bold, full-bodied profile with polished tannins and a refined structure. The result is a rich and age-worthy wine that reflects both varietal character and regional terroir.
