Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion has masterfully selected 36 casks for this blend, including ex-bourbon hogsheads, first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, and ex-Rioja casks, all aged between 1998 and 2001, to craft this exquisite single malt Scotch whisky.

This was a nice pickup from Red Liquors. Highland Park 21 Year Scotch Whisky 2023 Release had enough flavor to stand out, especially the fruit, but still stayed mellow and easy to drink. It is a bottle I can see myself ordering again.
