Description
Santoyo Grand Leyenda Reposado is the first stage in the rested and aged tequila process. Aged in our signature series French Oak wood barrels for a minimum of 11 months. The tequila takes on golden hue, with a taste that is a balance between the citrus of our all-organic agave and the sweet mellow flavors of aged spirits. On the palette you will find the succulent citrus notes of ripe peaches, leading into the body of sweet caramel and walnut, finishing with notes of vanilla and cinnamon. For our Reposado we use a 40/20/40 process.
