Description
This is one of three limited edition releases in the GlenDronach Cask Bottling Collection released in the US in spring 2022. Master Blender Rachel Barrie selected each of the casks for release. For this 1992 vintage release, she selected a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon cask for bottling in 2021. It’s bottled at 50.8% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring. Only 658 bottles were produced.

I used GlenDronach 1992 Cask #6052 28 Year Old Pedro Ximenez Puncheon Cask over the weekend and liked it more than I expected. It was warm, with a nice touch of rich and smooth. Good bottle for the price. It made a good impression without feeling overdone.
