Dry Fly Bourbon 101 is Washington State’s first legal bourbon, crafted from locally sourced ingredients. This bold and flavorful bourbon is distilled from a unique grain bill, featuring corn grown by the local Hutterian Settlement and triticale sourced from Mitch the farmer. Aged for a minimum of three years in 53-gallon American oak barrels, this bourbon delivers depth, spice, and a rich, full-bodied experience at 101 proof (50.5% ABV).
