Agave Source: 100% Maduro/Pinto Blue Weber Agave (Highlands)
Cooking: 28–32 hours in autoclave at 0.8 to 1.0 atm
Fermentation: Open-air for 72–96 hours with native yeasts
Distillation: 80% Copper Pot / 20% Coffey Still
Maturation: Minimum 6 months in stainless steel
Proof / ABV: 80 Proof / 40% ABV
Cask: Unaged (No Barrel)
