The 2021 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon exemplifies a harmonious balance between youthful energy and mature structure, offering a drinking experience of extraordinary depth and poise. The journey begins with the regal notes of royal cassis, unfolding across the palate with layers of silky black cherry and refined dark berry fruits. This was a nice pickup from Red Liquors. Darioush Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 had enough flavor to stand out, especially the fruit, but still stayed easygoing and easy to drink. It worked well both neat and mixed, depending on the mood.
