Description
Curado is created by using a blanco Tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco as a canvas, then we infuse the liquid with pieces of cooked Agave. At first the infusions only used Blue Agave from the state of Jalisco, but the project soon evolved to include other varieties of Agave from other regions of Mexico. We want to build bridges, not walls.
Curado Blue Agave begins as Tequila Ocho Blanco and then undergoes a 5 day infusion process where we steep more roasted Blue Weber Agave into the Blanco Tequila giving the final product a golden hue.
Tasting Notes: Perfumed bouquet of sweet roasted agave, honey, baking spices, citrus fruits and white pepper with undertones of cocoa and pralines. Soft and rich roasted Agave greets you upon initial taste, this quickly evolves into honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom with a light hint of white pepper. It finishes with beeswax/butterscotch balanced out with white pepper and roasted pineapple. We have managed to successfully preserve the vibrancy and complexity of a quality Blanco while adding a texture and richness associated with aged Tequilas.

Contact Red Liquors as soon as possible and provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
