Process & Profile
Estate‑grown Blue Weber agaves are slow‑roasted in traditional stone ovens, roller‑milled, and twice distilled in stainless‑steel pot stills with natural spring water. The spirit then rests 15 months in barrels that previously aged Buffalo Trace’s coveted William Larue Weller wheated bourbon, layering soft vanilla, caramel, and oak over bright agave character.
