Description
Cascahuin Tequila Blanco is a pure additive-free tequila of the land it comes from, El Arenal in Jalisco. Defined by a unique mineral profile, its flavors are deeply rooted in the traditions of masonry oven cooking which gives it its dominant cooked agave character.
It shines clear and crystal-like in appearance, inviting one to indulge in its fragrant bouquet that is rich in citrus, predominantly lemon and lime, and wonderfully intertwined with the unmistakable aroma of cooked agave and mineral touches.
On the palate, it introduces itself with a sweet profile that gracefully transitions into a hint of natural bitterness, reminiscent of its agave origins, all while maintaining the freshness of citrus and herbs.

Cascahuin Tequila Reposado was a good choice for the shelf. It had a clean feel, and the agave came through without covering up the citrus. I would buy it again for guests.
