Crafted in the Valles region using 100% Blue Weber agave, this tequila honors historic techniques by utilizing a stone Tahona for agave extraction—a slow, labor-intensive method that brings out deeper agave character. Cooked in traditional masonry ovens and fermented in cement vats with agave fibers (bagasse), this additive-free tequila is double-distilled in stainless and copper stills for a rich, authentic flavor.
