Initially, it spends six transformative years in new white American oak barrels in Tennessee’s serene rolling hills. It then graduates to a heavily charred and smoked new barrel for at least five months, infusing the spirit with distinctive smoky undertones. The double char technique gives Bib & Tucker its remarkable depth and richness, ensuring an unparalleled sipping experience.
AROMA – A touch of smoke with immediate notes of toasted oak and dulce de leche, background notes of cinnamon and clove.
TASTE – Vanilla and sugar maple surrounded with white smoke, hints of sweet corn and toasted cinnamon.
FINISH – Medium to long finish with oak, white smoke and vanilla.
