Barrell Bourbon Batch 034 is a bold and layered cask-strength blend composed of 6, 8, 10, and 15-year-old barrels sourced from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana. The blend begins with 8-year-old barrels rich in hazelnut and dark cherry, combined with high-corn barrels that introduce browned butter and apricot. After extended mingling, high-rye barrels were added to deliver cinnamon and allspice spice. The final addition includes older 10- and 15-year-old barrels, which contribute earthy depth, oak tannin, and a refined structure. Bottled at full cask strength without chill filtration.
