Description
This unique bourbon is distilled in Indiana and Kentucky, USA, and showcases the innovative use of Amburana casks for maturation. Known for their potent spice notes—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla—Amburana casks require expert blending to maintain balance. The BCS blending team rose to the challenge by creating a bourbon blend from two mash bills with varying char levels and finishing it in Amburana casks. To ensure the bourbon’s character shines through while adding depth, richness, and complexity, a vatting of individual casks without finishing was layered into the blend. This exclusive blend has a limited production of only 14,400 bottles, epitomizing the mantra “Blended to never blend in.”
