Crafted from slow-cooked blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico, 1800 Blanco follows the brand’s original 1800 recipe. It’s double-distilled in copper pot stills (or a mix of pot and column stills) and subtly rested in oak to achieve a soft, smooth character while maintaining agave purity.

I used 1800 Tequila Blanco over the weekend and liked it more than I expected. It was bright, with a nice touch of oak and citrus. Good bottle for the price.
