Red Liquors is a licensed spirits retailer at 10001 Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90003, United States. We sell whiskey, tequila, mezcal, rum, vodka, gin, cognac, and champagne only to customers who are of legal drinking age.

In the United States, the minimum legal age to purchase alcohol is 21. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under 21 — in store, online, for pickup, or for eligible shipping within the United States.

Only individuals 21 or older may purchase alcohol from Red Liquors. By placing an order, arranging pickup, or accepting delivery, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you order for another adult, the person who receives the order must also be 21+ and able to show valid government-issued photo ID when asked.

No Marketing to Minors

Red Liquors does not knowingly market alcohol to anyone under 21. Our product pages and promotions are intended for a legal-age audience only.

We support responsible enjoyment of spirits. Please drink responsibly, and never drink and drive.

Process

When Age Verification May Apply

Verification can occur at one or more steps — always for legal compliance, never for underage sales.

  • During online checkout or account registration
  • Before order confirmation or payment capture
  • At in-store purchase or pickup
  • At delivery, when a carrier requires identification

Acceptable ID is typically a valid government-issued photo ID with date of birth (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). We and our partners may refuse completion when ID is missing, expired, altered, or insufficient.

Compliance

Refusal, Cancellation & Undeliverable Orders

If age cannot be verified — or if an underage person attempts to buy or receive alcohol — Red Liquors may refuse the sale, cancel the order, or decline handoff at pickup or delivery.
