Taxes & Shipping
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your address and governing tax rules. Shipping is either Free (standard) or $10.00 (express) for eligible USA orders, as selected at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information so totals calculate correctly.

Refunds, Returns & Charge Questions
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved under our Cancellation Policy or Returns & Refunds rules, we process it within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Partial refunds may apply when only part of an order is cancelled or returned.
Returns & Eligibility
Eligible return requests must be made within 31 days from delivery. For approved returns, Red Liquors pays return shipping ($0 to you for approved return shipping).

Troubleshooting
Declined Payments & Unrecognized Charges
- If payment is declined, verify card details, billing address, and available funds, then retry or use another enabled method
- For unrecognized Red Liquors charges, contact us first with your order number and statement date
