Cabal Anejo ages for a total of 18 months, endowing this expression with an enhanced depth in both color and aroma, as well as an amplified flavor profile. This maturation process intensifies the inherent qualities of the additive-free reposado. A harmoniously layered palate emerges, featuring sweet oak and butterscotch, culminating in ultra-smooth vanilla highlights.
